Recommended usage/ Serving Suggestions: Making cool sherbet, sweet or savory meals. Recipes: Sweet Sattu Sherbet: Take 3 tbsp of Zero-G Super Sattu. Add a glass of chilled water / buttermilk (Chhaach) / Chilled milk. Add jaggery or sugar as per your taste. Spicy Sattu Sherbet: Take 3 tbsp of Zero-G Super Sattu. Add a glass of chilled water / buttermilk (Chhaach). Add rock salt and roasted & ground cumin seeds as per your taste. Garnish with chopped mint leaves, coriander and green chillies. Sweet Sattu Meal: Take half cup of Zero-G Super Sattu. Add one cup of milk / buttermilk / water. Add jaggery or sugar to taste. Make a smooth paste and enjoy. Spicy Sattu Meal: Take half cup of Zero-G Super Sattu. Add a cup of water / buttermilk (Chhaach). Add rock salt and roasted & ground cumin seeds to taste. Optionally, you may also mix finely chopped onions, mint leaves, coriander and green chillies. Sattu Laddu: Take a cup of Zero-G Super Sattu. Add 2 tbsp of melted ghee and 3 tbsp of powdered sugar or jaggery. Add peeled & chopped almonds, raisins, desiccated coconut. Mix it all together and make balls / laddus with your hand. Sattu Stuffed Parathas: Take a cup of Zero-G Super Sattu. Add ginger paste, red chili powder, ajwain (Carom Seeds), Salt. Mix and make into small balls. Place it in between chappati dough [ideally, dough made with Zero-G Lite Flour] to make tasty and healthy parathas.
