If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Keeping the convenience of customers and the Wellness QED family, we are glad to inform you that if a customer wishes to exchange the same product or return the product he/she can do so if and only if the product is damaged. The product will be considered damaged only under the following circumstances

  1. You receive a product with a broken seal
  2. If the bottles or container you receive is broken
  3. If the packet you receive is already opened with no seal

If we have the same product in stock we will initiate an exchange with no extra cost.

Refund will be credited only after we verify the damage, the verification process may include

  1. The picture of the damaged product on email id:- crm@wellnessqed.com within 48 hours of delivery to measure the severity of the damage.
  2. The receipt of the product

Please note that only if the product returned within 7 days of delivery will be considered for a refund. The product should be unused.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the exchange or refund process. Your item must be in original packaging.

After verification, the amount will be returned to the same mode from which the payment was made within 5-7 business working days.
