Since it contains no gluten, it is deemed as an excellent and preferred choice for persons suffering from gluten intolerance. This premix is naturally high in calcium, fibre and other vital nutrients and will benefit people with osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetics, over-weight.

Recommended usage / Cooking Tips: Add Water & salt to Zero-G Ragi idli mix to get a fine paste and let it ferment for 12 to 15 hours in a warm place. If ambient temperature is less than 25o C, also add ½ cup of beaten curd. Steam the batter in Idli steamer for 15 minutes. Serve hot with sambhar and chutney. Use the same batter for making dosas also.
