BAKING RECIPE: Recipe Time Estimate: 5 minutes active time, 20-25 minutes inactive time. Ingredients to make Cake. 500g Zero-G Gluten-free Cake Mix. 200 ml water, at room temperature. 100ml vegetable oil. 2 extra-large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten [Alternatively use 20g Zero-G Egg Replacer]. Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350-degree F / 176 - 180-degree C. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set it aside. 2. Place the dry cake mix in a large bowl and add the water, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix well. Transfer to the prepared cake pan. 3. Bake for about 25 minutes for or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
