BAKING RECIPE:  Recipe Time Estimate: 5 minutes active time, 20-25 minutes inactive time. Ingredients to make Cake. 250g Zero-G Gluten-free Cake Mix. 85-90 ml water, at room temperature. 60g butter, melted and cooled. 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 1/2 extra-large egg plus 1 extra large egg white, at room temperature, lightly beaten. Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350-degree F / 176 - 180-degree C. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set it aside. 2. Place the dry cake mixes in a large bowl and add the water, butter, egg and egg white. Mix well. Transfer to the prepared cake pan. 3. Bake for about 25 minutes for or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
