Serving Suggestion:

Preparing the dough: Knead dough with lukewarm water and rest it for 5-10 minutes.
The prepared dough can be divided into appropriately sized balls for rolling.
. Roll the dough balls with soft hands.
The rolled peeth should be cooked well on slow heat. The oil should be applied on both sides while cooking.
Serve it with a dollop of butter on top. It goes best with green chutney, dry garlic chutney and curd/ pachadi/ raita
