Directions for use: To Replace one whole egg:

1. Take 10g of Zero-G Egg Replacer and mix it with 30ml of wate.

2. Mix it properly.

3. Let it thicken for few minutes before mixing it in your baking dough.

To Replace one egg-white:

1. Take 5g of Zero-G Egg Replacer and mix it with 30ml of wate.

2. Mix it properly.

3. Let it thicken for few minutes before mixing it in your baking dough.

To Replace one egg-yolk:

1. Take 5g of Zero-G Egg Replacer and mix it with 15ml of wate.

2. Mix it properly.

3. Let it thicken for few minutes before mixing it in your baking dough.
